The next generation of South African rugby stars is ready to take centre stage as the inaugural SA Rugby Under-23 Cup kicks off this Saturday in Durban, with the competition featuring a double-round league format for the country’s four major international franchises.

Springbok Women's Sevens

It started with a social touch rugby event in 2023, followed by an invite to try sevens with a club team in Hermanus, where amongst others, the Springbok Women’s Sevens also played in an invitational tournament, and that resulted in a brief call-up to train with them in Stellenbosch.
