WOMEN'S FIRST DIVISION

The Pumas Women took the Women's First Division title in 2025 with a 21-8 victory in the final over Leopards in Nelspruit, after the champions from 2024, the SWD Eagirls, were knocked out in the semi-finals. The competition again featured seven teams who played each other over a single round of league matches. The other teams who participated in 2025 were Griquas, the fourth semi-finalist, the Limpopo Blue Bulls, Valke and Griffons.
