RIP Joggie Viljoen (1945-2019)
Mr Mark Alexander, the President of SA Rugby, paid tribute to former Springbok scrumhalf and a former star player of Griqualand West Joachim Frederick “Joggie” Viljoen, who passed away earlier this week at the age of 78 following a short illness.
