Referees to 22 January 2012

It's a big weekend in Europe this coming weekend as it is the final round of the pool matches in the Heineken Cup and the Amlin Challenge Cup. The next step after this is the quarterfinals.

There have been changes to the original appointments. Greg Garner was to have refereed in Dublin but is injured. Neil Paterson has taken his place and then Peter Allan has taken Paterson's place at Sale.

Dudley Phillips has had to withdraw from the Exeter match, his place taken by John Lacey. Christophe Berdos is going to Bath instead of Lacey and Jérôme Garces to Leicester instead of Berdos.

And there are stirrings in the summery south.
