New Zealand has made known the appointment of referees to the first week of the ITM Cup, New Zealand's top provincial compettion which used to be called the NPC, the the Air NZ Cup. Now it takes its name from the Independent Timber Merchants.

The competition starts on Thursday evening, 29 July when Taranaki play Northland. Garratt Williamson will blow the first whistle in 2010.
