Clip 2 - 24 January 2012

Yellow card for Ulster.

Ulster buckle in a scrum and are penalised. Morgan Parra of Clermont Auvergne takes a tap kick. He has taken just two short steps when big Dan Tuohy tackles him.

The referee penalises Tuohy and sends him to the sin bin.

Tuohy had just got up from the ground when Parra took the kick. It was not a case of Parra's running into Tuohy. Tuohy bends down and moves forward to Parra. It looks an intentional infringement.

The referee was quite with in his rights to sin-bin Tuohy.

Three questions for Stuart Berry to answer. One disagrees with an IRB clarification, another disagrees with Stuart's previous answer and a third of practical application.
